• Deals & media — deal content you create (titles, promo codes, discounts, dates, terms, images) and files uploaded to My media.
• Service requests — inquiry forms (contact details, message, optional budget/timeline) may be linked to your account when you are signed in.
• Technical data — session tokens, approximate device/browser info, and basic server logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide accounts, dashboards, and public listings.
• Review and publish deals (admin approval), and show live offers to visitors.
• Route service inquiries to our team and let you track linked requests.
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset, inquiry updates) when configured.
• Protect against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.

4. Sharing

Public pages show information you intend to publish (for example live deals and published services). We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing may occur with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) solely to operate ColumbusOne, or when required by law.

We use browser cookies to keep you signed in (access and refresh tokens for the website). Clearing cookies signs you out of this browser.

6. Retention & deletion

You can update profile data, move deals to trash, delete media you uploaded, or deactivate your account from the dashboard. Admin may also remove content that violates our rules. Deactivation and trash behaviors follow the product’s documented lifecycle (including restore and permanent delete where available).
