The challenge
Northgate ran 4,000 products on a hosted platform that could not handle their variant structure. Checkout was five steps long and abandonment sat above 70%.
What we did
Migrated the full catalogue with variants, stock and order history
Rebuilt checkout as a single page with saved details
Added live shipping rates from their carriers
Set up redirects for every old product URL
